I'm very happy with this Kimber, though based on my experience, your milage may vary. I had a Camp Guard and a Custom Eclipse that did NOT feed worth a darn. I really wanted one, though, so I took another chance on this model, since it was cheaper... Well, Bingo! This one had apparently been throated properly and the extractor was adjusted correctly, etc. Has fed flawlessly with FMJ and JHPs. Only 4 stars, because of previous experience with Kimbers in 10mm.
